We would like to set up Slack notifications for all incoming leads, regardless of Demoboard ownership.Currently, Slack and Consensus are already integrated; however, we are not receiving notifications for new lead creation as expected.Sales Leadership has requested visibility into all incoming lead notifications, irrespective of Demoboard ownership assignment. The goal is to ensure timely awareness and follow-up on all new leads across the system.
I'm not able to see a generated Demoboard after creation. I have tried to create the demoboard 3 or 4 times and on each time it doesn't show up in my list of demoboards. What am I doing wrong, seem pretty basic thing here.
Hi team,We’re currently testing parameter passing through a Consensus demo link and had a quick question regarding query parameter handling.We initially passed a custom parameter (posthog_distinct_id) via the consensus URL from our website, which seemed to work briefly, but is no longer being captured downstream. We’re now testing with a standard UTM parameter (utm_campaign) to see if that makes a difference.Could you clarify: Does Consensus support forwarding arbitrary/custom query parameters, or are only specific parameters (e.g., standard UTM fields) retained? Are there any restrictions, filtering rules, or required configurations for passing query parameters through the demo flow? Is there any known issue where parameters might be dropped during redirects or session initialization?
Hello, could someone please share screenshots with examples of both the New Lead and Demo Watched activity that is shared from Consensus to Marketo? Specifically what it looks like in the Lead Activity History screen in Marketo.In the set up article from Consensus, they have one screenshot, but it’s unclear if this is the New Lead activity or the Demo Watched activity since it includes viewTime, etc.We are hoping to have a clear understanding of how this data will appear in our Marketo once we activate the integration. When enabling narration for a non-English language (e.g. Spanish or French), it becomes unintelligible. Especially for AI Script.Is there any way to prevent this from happening? It seems that sometimes it recognises that it is another language and other times it does not. The words overlap and it is impossible to understand what is being said. If the system does not support multi-language feature, is there anything in the roadmap that could make this capability available in the short term?
Hello, The api works pretty well when executing trackDemoBoards without problems. When will updated documentation be available for the ReachSuite Dynamic Tours. The product is being rapidly enhanced (yeah!!!) but the documentation is from 9-11 months ago and has outdated screenshots and directions.
What rights are included in the new Dynamic Tour Creator role? I would like to add those rights to an existing custom role, but I am not sure they are available to me. Ideally this KB tip will be updated to reflect this new standard role so I can see what I have/what is needed.

Hey everyone, I have been using Consensus for a little while now but I feel like I am not making the most of it. I know it is great for interactive demos & helping prospects get the info they need quickly but I want to hear how others are using it effectively. How do you structure your demos to keep them engaging but not overwhelming? Do you have any tips for making sure prospects actually go through and interact with them instead of just skimming? When sending out a demo and creating a demo board, will I receive an email everytime someone views the video? Does it show exactly which person is viewing the video? We want to use it to send a short video training and want to know if this will meet the needs of our client that we are doing the video for so they can see who viewed and watched the video in the demo analytics? We also don’t want them to get a ton of email every time someone watches the video though. Can you assist?

We’ve been asked recently about which people prefer, Camtasia, ScreenPal or something else, so I thought I’d ask it here. Personally, I use ScreenPal for recording my screen and webcam. Camtasia for editing and if there’s something that needs a heavy-hitter I’ll use Premiere Pro. What do you use, and do you use different tools for different things? P.S.
