Here's what's new: Consensus Admins can block form submissions from specific email domains. Say goodbye to unwanted submissions and hello to focused, valuable leads! With a single click, you can block submissions from a comprehensive list of free email domains like Gmail and Yahoo. This helps you prioritize leads from business or organizational emails, ensuring higher quality and relevance. Our intuitive interface allows you to type in domains individually and provides a clear view of your blocked list. Need to make changes? Simply click the "x" to remove any domain. Admins can navigate to the Public Links Lead Forms tab within the Global
Manage the quality of leads generated through your Public Links by restricting form submissions from specific email domains. Consensus Admins can add email domain restrictions by navigating to the Pubic Links Lead Forms tab within the Global Demo Settings . Admins can control which domains to block by: Typing out the domains individually they want to block Using the “Block free email domains” check box to remove the complete list of free domains, such as gmail.com or yahoo.com. Removing domains from the block list by clicking the “x” next to the domain nameFind domain restrictions within the Global Demo Settings under the Public Links Lead Form tab. See the full list of free email domains from the “View all” link. Lead ViewAfter a domain is added to the restricted list, leads who use that domain will not be able to submit a lead form from your Public Links.
Hi team,We are seeing the ‘RecentDemosUpdateScheduler’ scheduled job failing consistency for the past week or so. We did ‘pause’ and ‘resume’ the job temporarily so not sure if that caused this error. Any ideas what might be driving this and how to resolve it? We did already try re-pausing and resuming the job with no luck. Hey everyone, I have been using Consensus for a little while now but I feel like I am not making the most of it. I know it is great for interactive demos & helping prospects get the info they need quickly but I want to hear how others are using it effectively. How do you structure your demos to keep them engaging but not overwhelming? Do you have any tips for making sure prospects actually go through and interact with them instead of just skimming? Also, what is the best way to follow up after sending a Consensus demo—do you prefer email, LinkedIn or something else?? Recording a Personal Introduction Video (PIV) in SNAPSNAP enables you to create unique DemoBoard invitation links for prospects by using an existing Demo or recording a new Demo and Personal Introduction Video (PIV). In this article, we will walk you through recording your PIV in SNAP. To record a PIV in SNAP, it is necessary to set up a demoboard first. Open the SNAP plugin in your browser to start your PIV recording. Click on the Demobooard button.On the following page, you have the option to either select a Demo from the Demo Library list, Record a new Video, or Upload one that you've already created on your computer. Once the Demo has been selected click on the “Next” button. Fill in all the required fields to complete and proceed to the next step. This article will cover the best practices for creating a test lead in the Consensus platform. Our platform is designed not to recognize views from the same computer you are currently logged into so that your metrics aren't affected during normal usage. This is why we will use incognito / private browsing mode to create a test lead. When sending out a demo and creating a demo board, will I receive an email everytime someone views the video? Does it show exactly which person is viewing the video? We want to use it to send a short video training and want to know if this will meet the needs of our client that we are doing the video for so they can see who viewed and watched the video in the demo analytics? We also don’t want them to get a ton of email every time someone watches the video though. Can you assist?
Hello, I just saw that viewer cannot adjust the speed of tour video elements.Is it possible for the viewer to have this option for the videos of interactive elements of the tour ?Thank you,
