In this article, we'll explore why these view rates matter so much and show you how Consensus can help enhance them. What is View Rate?The view rate shows the percentage of recipients who take the time to open and enjoy your demo videos. This metric is super important because it reflects how interested and engaged your audience is with your content. A higher view rate often means more buyers are intrigued, which can lead to quicker sales and better closing rates. Only views from external email domains are counted in Demolytics. A DemoBoard counts only if at least one recipient has an external email domain; if all recipients are internal, it will not count. How to utilize role-based permissions to set field requirements for CRM Sync. For more granular control of the CRM Sync fields and if they are required for certain individual or groups of sales users within your Organization, there is a new permission at the role level that can be created. Enabling CRM Sync Field Requirements at the Role level, will allow that role to have specific settings over what fields are required. First, enable the overall permission. Then select which Field, either "Require Account, "Require Opportunity" or both. If you are currently using the Global Demo Setting toggles to set this validation on a global scale, then please also select "Enable High Priority" to ensure that for the users with this role, Consensus will prioritize the permission set over the settings on Global Settings page.  Setting "Enable High Priority" will ensure that, for this specific role you are creating, any users assigned this role will have their settings take priority over whatever is
