Get a demo at the Customer Hub

Hey folks - Mark here. I’ll be presenting at Demofestx (The Full Funnel Revolution) but also available at the Customer Hub area at the event to make sure you can come ask us questions, see our Product Experience Platform and take On-Demand Video, Interactive Product Tours and Automated Product Simulations for a tour.I run our Full Funnel Solutions team here at Consensus, serving buyers when self-service feels a better way, like learning about best practice, checking features and functions or trying the software out in their own time. Camtasia vs ScreenPal, vs something else?

We’ve been asked recently about which people prefer, Camtasia, ScreenPal or something else, so I thought I’d ask it here. Personally, I use ScreenPal for recording my screen and webcam. Camtasia for editing and if there’s something that needs a heavy-hitter I’ll use Premiere Pro. What do you use, and do you use different tools for different things? P.S. Creating a DemoBoard within Consensus (PRE Playlists)

In this article we will walk through creating a unique DemoBoard invite for your prospect. This allows you to easily track activity for that prospect and understand the unique needs and interests of each Stakeholder. Creating a DemoBoard for a client inside Consensus is simple. When you create a DemoBoard in Consensus, the platform will create a unique URL which will be tied directly to each prospect you add within that organization. What's the Difference Between a Personalized Demo vs a Public Demo?

Personalized vs Public Demo Although there are multiple types of demos you can create within Consensus (Single Video Demo, Standard Personalization Demo, Advanced Branching Demo) you have two main use cases for which a viewer can interact with these demos. We categorize them as either a PERSONALIZED DEMO or a PUBLIC DEMO. We'll review what's the difference between these two use cases. Personalized DemoThe Personalized Demo is used mainly on the Sales side, where reps are actively creating DemoBoards for prospects they're working with. The benefit of creating a Personalized Demo is three-fold: First, the prospect who receives the demo will be able to view the full demo without having to fill out any lead form (all they'll need to do is simply click on their name to start watching):Personalized Demo Second, the Sales Rep who created the Personalized Demo will receive an email notification as soon as the prospect starts watching the demo or if the prospect shares the demo with a colleague
