Is Consensus using my demos or Demolytics to train Claraty or any model?
No, we do not use any customer data to train any model.
My organization doesn’t want any AI used in our tools. Is Claraty already live in my account?
No, Claraty is not automatically turned on for any accounts. We understand that different organizations have different levels of comfort with AI tools, so we created this as an opt-in feature for those interested. If you do want Claraty or auto-subtitles, you can reach out to Consensus support to gain free access. But if your organization is not ready for AI enabled demo automation, you will not see it live in your account.
Can I only have auto-subtitles enabled on my account or do I have to have Claraty turned on as well?
You can choose to turn on auto-subtitles and not use Claraty. Just reach out to your CSM or Consensus support to turn on auto-subtitles.
Can I only have Claraty available on certain accounts?
Currently Claraty can only be turned on globally, so all connected Consensus accounts would have access to Claraty.
As a customer, how long will it take to see Claraty in my account after I request it?
It can take up to 2 weeks to have Claraty fully functional in your account after the request is processed by our team.
