Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is available to add to your DemoBoards. When enabled, users will select themselves as one of the viewers in a DemoBoard. Then, they’ll receive a 6-digit code via email that they’ll need to enter in order to verify their identity.

*If a viewer is not on the DemoBoard, selecting "New Viewer" will prompt them to enter their name and email address. If their email matches the original recipient's domain or belongs to the same org, they will receive a 6-digit verification code via email.

Enable 2FA in your DemoBoards by navigating to Additional Options and toggling “Two Factor Authentication” to ‘ON’.
