Failed to process batch for class 'Consensus.RecentDemoBoards'

Hi team,

We are seeing the ‘RecentDemosUpdateScheduler’ scheduled job failing consistency for the past week or so. We did ‘pause’ and ‘resume’ the job temporarily so not sure if that caused this error. Any ideas what might be driving this and how to resolve it? We did already try re-pausing and resuming the job with no luck.

 

Here’s what we are seeing in the jobs:

 

Thrown Error Message:

Apex script unhandled exception by user/organization: 0053c00000AuVwf/00D80000000d8Lr

Organization: Grammarly Inc (grammarly.my.salesforce.com).

Failed to process batch for class 'Consensus.RecentDemoBoards' for job id '707Ul00001JgLaR'

caused by: System.CalloutException: (Consensus)

Class.Consensus.RecentDemoBoards.execute: line 49, column 1
