It’s been a busy few months for the team here at Consensus. In August we announced our acquisition of ReachSuite, introducing world’s first Product Experience Platform. Since then we’ve been hard at work expanding our vision for the future of demo automation. 

And today we’re excited to introduce a new set of features that help us take the next step toward that vision. We believe that the future of demo automation is multi-faceted and multi-threaded -- and we’re just getting started. 

 

Playlists: Multi-Demo Supported DemoBoards

You asked, we listened. Playlists are here - and they’re a game changer! 🎉 Playlists are set to revolutionize how your team engages with buyers and stakeholders.

With Playlists you can expect:

  • Larger deal sizes
  • More products purchased per sale
  • Faster sales cycles

 

Use multiple demos to keep deals moving fast, all from one link

With Playlists, buyers can access multiple demos within a single DemoBoard. This provides a centralized place for sellers to add demos and product experiences as the conversation advances and as new stakeholders are added to the decision making process.

SNAP Plugin Update

Our SNAP plugin has a new look and more functionality -- including access to Playlists! Here’s what you can expect from the new SNAP. 

  • A new look and feel with an updated interface
  • Updated navigation through DemoBoards, including how DemoBoard details are reviewed and how DemoBoards are edited from SNAP.
  • Playlists: you can add 1 Advanced Branching Demo, or up to a mix of 15 Standard or Single demos right from the plugin.
  • Recording: SNAP now supports recording of new Single demos along with Personal Intro Videos. You can record a new demo and include it directly alongside other pre-made demos with Playlists.

Not only is the SNAP browser extension updated with a new look and enhanced features, but we’ve updated all of our integrations including Outlook, Outreach, SalesForce, and SalesLoft.

Favorites 

To making finding the perfect demo easier, we’ve added the ability to “Favorite” demos for quick access. It’s as easy as clicking the ♡ next to a demo and finding them in the Favorites tab.

Favorites will also be visible when creating DemoBoards or Public links, denoted by the pink heart.

Custom Thumbnails

Instead of thumbnails being chosen at random, you can now choose a thumbnail from autogenerated options or even upload your own custom thumbnail. This provides you the opportunity to ensure the thumbnail you choose puts your best face forward. 

 

Customizing thumbnails is also be available with the SNAP plugin.
