  • Platform-wide oversight.

Standard User: is the default user role.

  • Can share and track personal DemoBoards.
  • For day-to-day Sales/CS work.

View Only: is a restricted access user.

  • Access is limited to shared content.
  • Used for partners or interns.

Role-Based Access: A System of assigning feature access based on role.

  • This is customizable by the Admin.
  • It is used to maintain security and efficiency.

DemoBoard Owner: The Original creator of a DemoBoard.

  • Has complete control over content and tracking.
  • This ownership implies responsibility.

Shared Access: is a collaboration permissions.

  • Admins enable this.
  • This is used to enhance team-based demo use.

SSO: Enterprise login through identity provider.

  • Set up in Admin settings.
  • This simplifies login and boosts security.

Teams / Groups: is a logical segmentation of users.

  • Configured by Admin.
  • Streamlines reporting and access.
