Total View Time: is the cumulative time spent watching a demo by all stakeholders.
- It is calculated by the Sum of all session durations.
- It measures total exposure to content.
Average View Time: The metric to gauge viewer engagement with demos.
- It is calculated by the Total View Time ÷ Number of viewers.
- It gauges content effectiveness and attention span.
View Rate: The percentage of recipients who viewed the demo.
- It is calculated by (Viewers ÷ Recipients) × 100.
- It indicates demo reach.
Stakeholders Discovered: Unique individuals were identified while viewing the demo.
- It is tracked using cookies, email addresses, IP addresses, or data forms.
- It reflects the breadth of engagement.
Discover Rate: The percentage of viewers whose identities were confirmed (not anonymous).
- Calculated by (Discovered viewers ÷ Total viewers) × 100.
- Helps sales track buyer participation.
Engagement Score: Weighted score of viewer interaction.
